Capital On Command™ Blueprint.

A capital-raising plan built for your business, your deal, your investor audience, and the number you actually need to raise. We create the strategy and the implementation roadmap. You run it.

  • Built around your deal and your investors, not a generic template
  • Strategy plus a step-by-step implementation roadmap you can hand to your team
  • The same thinking behind the done-for-you engagement, delivered as a plan you own
  • One payment. No subscription. Yours to keep and reuse on the next raise
i.What this is

A raise plan written for your deal. Not a course. Not a template.

Most sponsors do not fail for lack of effort. They fail because the effort is unsequenced: a deck built before the positioning, outreach before the offer is clear, follow-up that lives in someone's inbox. The Blueprint fixes the sequence first, then tells you exactly what to build and in what order.

01

Your positioning

Who you are to an investor before you say a word about the deal. Credibility assets, proof points, and the story that makes the first meeting easy.

02

Your pitch and materials

What your deck, one-pager, and conversation need to say, in what order, for the specific investors you are approaching.

03

Your attraction plan

Which channels are realistic for your time, your network, and your offering posture, and what a week of investor attraction looks like in practice.

04

Your follow-up system

How conversations get tracked, nurtured, and moved. What tool to use, what fields to keep, what cadence to run.

ii.How it works

Four steps. Then it is yours.

Step 01

Checkout, then intake

You purchase, and we email you the Blueprint intake form right away. It is the same intake our done-for-you clients complete: the entity, the deal, the securities path you are on or considering, the audience you can credibly reach, and the number you need to raise. Plan on 30 to 45 minutes. It auto-saves as you go.

Step 02

Working sessions

We go through it together. This is where the assumptions get tested and the Blueprint stops being generic.

Step 03

Your written Blueprint

You receive the strategy and a sequenced implementation roadmap: what to build, in what order, with what you already have.

Step 04

You implement

You and your team run it. The Blueprint is written to be executed by you, not to require us.

iii.Fit

Who this is built for.

This is for you if

  • You have a deal, a fund, or an offering that is real, or close to it
  • You have people who can do the work, or you are willing to do it yourself
  • You want a plan specific to your situation rather than general training
  • You would rather own the roadmap than rent a team
  • You want the sequence right before you spend money on execution

This is not for you if

  • You want someone else to build and run the machine. That is the done-for-you engagement
  • You are still deciding whether to raise capital at all
  • You are looking for a guarantee of a specific dollar result
  • You want ongoing weekly coaching. This is a plan, delivered once
  • You will not have time to implement anything for the next several months
iv.Who writes it

Written by the people who built the system.

Capital On Command was built by Jillian Sidoti, Esq. and Nate Dodson, Esq., with 20+ years of combined work in private capital. Nate is a practicing securities attorney admitted in Texas. Jillian is a securities attorney by background; her California license is currently inactive and she does not practice law. The plan is business and process guidance, not legal services. The Blueprint you receive is the same thinking that drives the six-month done-for-you engagement, compressed into a document you own and execute yourself.

v.Questions

Straight answers.

What exactly do I receive for $2,500?

Working sessions with our team and a written Capital On Command Blueprint for your business: your positioning, your pitch and materials, your investor attraction approach, and your follow-up system, sequenced into an implementation roadmap you can execute.

Is this the same as the done-for-you engagement?

No. In the six-month done-for-you engagement our team builds, installs, and helps run the machine for you. Here we build the Blueprint with you and you implement it. Different price, different level of involvement, different amount of your time required.

Does the Continued-Service Guarantee apply?

No. The Continued-Service Guarantee applies only to the six-month done-for-you engagement. It does not apply to this plan.

Is this a subscription?

No. $2,500 is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges and nothing renews.

Can I upgrade to done-for-you later?

Yes, when a cohort is open. Cohort V is currently closed. Email us and we will let you know when the next one opens.

Will you give me legal advice about my offering?

No. The Blueprint is a business and marketing roadmap for raising capital. It is not legal, investment, tax, or securities advice, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Work with your own counsel on your offering documents and securities compliance.
